Today, I made a glass of ripe papaya juice at home. Papaya is such a delicious fruit, rich in nutrients and full of elements that help keep our body healthy.As a woman, I always think about my skin and beauty,so this juice is a must for me! It contains natural ingredients that enhance skin glow and keep it fresh.Besides that, ripe papaya juice is also very beneficial for those who suffer from constipation or digestion problems. It helps improve digestion and keeps the stomach clean and healthy. 🍹
Besides that, my three-year-old son had been suffering from constipation for a few days.So, I started making ripe papaya juice at home and gave it to him every day.It really worked, his problem has now been solved naturally.I also drink this juice regularly for my skin beauty.It keeps my skin fresh, glowing, and healthy from within.🍹

Ingredients for One Glass of Ripe Papaya Juice:👇
🍹.150 grams ripe papaya (peeled and chopped) 🍹.1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste) 🍹.1 teaspoon chia seeds 🍹.200 ml clean, cold water

Method:
- First, I took one kilogram of ripe papaya and washed it thoroughly with clean water.

- Then, I cut the papaya and separately took 150 grams of it, chopping it into small pieces.

- Then, I added the water into the blender

- Now, I added lemon juice and sugar
