Hey guys happy to be back with you people but unfortunately today I was not well so the whole day I kept of sleeping and the evening while patting my body
I was able to reach only 1000 steps for today.
I have started my fitness challenge and slowly and gradually trying to avoid all the junks to reduce some extra kgs. I feel much motivated by seeing the steps count getting increased on actifit.
So for today the only thing I want to say is though I was not able to perform good today will try to increase my steps tomorrow
