Hello, my lovely friends. 🙏🏻🏃❤️
Running along the Trang River. The sky is dark and gloomy, but my heart is still ready.
The new morning begins with the familiar freshness of the Trang River. The sound of rain that had been pouring down all night made me anxious about whether I would actually go for a run this morning as I had planned. But when I opened the window, the weather outside was gloomy with a brown sky, but there was no sign of rain. So, I grabbed my favorite workout clothes, put on my running shoes, and hurried out before my household responsibilities—housework and caring for my mother—came to me. My feet stepped onto the concrete road. The familiar running route was captured on my phone's camera. Then, I slowly jogged to the beat of the music playing from the exercise app, enjoying it and maintaining a steady pace. I continued running until I reached the back of the village temple, as usual, before turning back onto the concrete road and choosing to run on the sidewalk along the Trang River canal instead. The atmosphere today was wonderful. Despite the gloomy sky, the cool morning breeze was so refreshing that I barely felt tired. I decided to increase my running speed to wake myself up and push myself to sweat harder. Because the cool weather is so comfortable, my body tends to adapt slowly. When I feel out of breath, I switch to a brisk walk to keep the numbers on my app going. After one lap, I rested on the stairs, sat and enjoyed the view for about five minutes, then quickly got up and started walking again when I felt better. I then started running again. This time, my body had adjusted better, and I was starting to sweat. I felt light and relieved from the day's workout. While running on the sidewalk, I happened to meet a neighbor who was tending to his garden. We stopped to say hello and chatted for a bit before we each went our separate ways. Shortly after, my watch chimed, signaling it was time to head home to my white house. Running on a cloudy morning didn't diminish the joy of exercise in the slightest. Instead, it recharged me, ready for whatever the day held.
The White House
When I arrived at the White House, I was naturally in a state of chaos and responsibility. I quickly took off my shoes, then cleaned my hands and washed my face before heading into the kitchen. There was a lot of work in the kitchen. I could see it from the piles of things piled high. I started by cooking rice and preparing food for my mother, breakfast for my daughter, and the pets at the White House: parrots and cats. When I finished, I started washing the dishes. It took quite a while, but everything went smoothly. I fed my mother, helped her shower, get dressed, and let her rest.
The Garden House
I traveled to the Garden House by a tricycle. Today, I thought I'd bring some gardening supplies back with me, such as pans, pots, spoons, and other kitchen utensils. I started by cleaning the house by plugging in the motor. Then, I cleaned the bird and turtle cages, and fed the birds and turtles. I also fed the ducks, geese, chickens, and fish in the pond. When I was done, my husband and I loaded the tricycle onto the tricycle and drove back to the White House. It's time to write an article about today's activities and responsibilities for you all to read. How was my running, exercise, and lifestyle? I hope you enjoyed it.
For today, I must say goodbye, my friends. See you next time. Thank you for following and supporting me. Thank you very much. ❤️😘🙏🏻
