Hello everyone!

Today, I'd like to share some of the most memorable and exciting stories from our restaurant. These stories have taught me that the joy of cooking isn't limited to a single dish or moment in time. It comes from paying attention to the smallest details and the joy our customers experience.

This story began on an ordinary evening as I was getting ready to close after a long day of work. Suddenly, a group of customers walked into the shop, smiling with anticipation. At first, I was a little puzzled, as it was a time when no one had ever ordered our signature "Yogurt Fruit Salad." This popular, refreshing, and nutritious morning dish, but at night, it was something completely new in our shop. My curiosity led me to ask the customers, and their response brought a smile to my face. They said they had seen a photo of the salad I had posted on social media that morning and were so eager to try it that they came to the shop before closing.

It's a simple idea, but it creates a special feeling in my heart. It's not just about selling food, but about creating happiness through photos that are shared and eventually customers come looking for them. As soon as I received my order, I felt both excited and challenged. My first thought was how to make this fruit salad truly special for this group of customers. I quickly scanned the ingredients in the shop. A variety of fresh fruits, such as watermelon, papaya, starfruit, passion fruit from the garden I had just picked, red and green apples, and various grains purchased from the market, were gathered quickly and meticulously.

I begin by carefully washing each fruit, then carefully cutting it into bite-sized pieces for easy eating and the perfect balance of flavors. Once the ingredients are ready, I begin arranging the colorful fruits on the plate, as if painting a picture, to make it look appetizing and refreshing. I then top it with plain yogurt and pure honey, adding a subtle sweetness. Finally, I sprinkle carefully selected grains for a crunchy texture. I also add a special touch by serving yogurt in small cups next to the plate for customers to add as they please. This attention to detail further impresses my customers.

The salad was served on both a round plate for 80 baht and a long plate for those who wanted a full meal for 120 baht. I also prepared some for other customers who might be interested. When customers saw the generous fruit salad, both in quantity and quality, they were very impressed. They were even surprised to learn that the price was truly worth it. Seeing the smiles and satisfaction of the customers made me feel indescribably proud and happy. All the hard work and effort I had put into it was gone, and it was truly worth the effort. The events of that day gave me the idea to add this dish to the dinner menu. Of course, once it was finished, I couldn't resist making this fruit salad, which I put my heart into for dinner, for myself and my daughter. I took some photos to record the wonderful memories and share this delicious dish with all of you.

For today, I must say goodbye, my friends. See you again soon. Thank you for following and supporting me. Thank you very much.
