How to Make Delicious Vegetable Fried Rice
- Prepare the vegetables: First, wash all vegetables thoroughly and then cut them into bite-sized pieces as desired. (For vegetables that take longer to cook, such as carrots or broccoli, you can blanch them in hot water first to make them easier to stir-fry.)
- Heat a pan and stir-fry the garlic: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a little coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and fry until fragrant.
- Add the eggs and vegetables: Once the garlic is fragrant, crack an egg into the pan and scramble it until cooked. Then add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry until combined with the egg and garlic.
- Add the rice: Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until combined with all the ingredients. Use a spatula to stir and break up the rice until it is loose and lumpy.
- Seasoning: Season with seasoning sauce or soy sauce and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Continue stir-frying until all ingredients are well combined and the rice is a beautiful color.
