Greetings to you all , hoping to find you having proper rest, and enjoying in wellness because we are still in the weekend mood.

Today friends I bring to share with you a special recipe of baked donuts 🍩 made with key ingredients of non dairy milk 🥛, cinnamon and lime . You can’t imagine how good this donuts 🍩 taste with lime.

Easy baked donuts with lime actually taste like a lime pie 🥧 but in doughnut form with cinnamon flavor all around it and the non dairy milk made it soft and delicious. So happy with the result of this recipe because during the week when I went to the supermarket I stumble on this non dairy milk made from Vegetable Oil and Glucose Syrup as base ingredients. Taste so creamy that I decided to try it out making this baked donuts 🍩.

This is such an easy baked cake donuts recipe that calls for few ingredients we can easily source while going grocery if we want to enjoy some donuts with good flavors like that of cinnamon and lime.

Here is what we need to make this baked milky cinnamon lime doughnut.

INGREDIENTS:

350 g of all purpose flour 2 medium size lime 1/2 cup of premium sugar 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil 1 packet Vitali (25 g) non dairy milk 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of margarine 11/2 teaspoon of dry yeast powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 mug of warm water

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To make this milky cinnamon lime donut I will first zest the lime and cut it, keeping readily

Next I will liquidize the non dairy milk with warm water readily here.

Here will add the flour in a large bowl 🥣,

Adding the dry ingredients here . The salt, sugar, yeast and cinnamon.

And will properly stir them together to incorporate

Next will add the zested lime, stir into the flour,

then add the margarine, using tip of gingers to properly incorporate it .

To mix into a dough, I will add the non dairy milk gradually , stirring to form a dough.

And the vegetable oil here and finely kneed the dough properly.

Step 6.

Once the dough is ready, I will cut it into two, then in straight lines before in two’s again

forming a ball here.

Step 7.

To make into a donut 🍩 shape, I will roll into a ball, then will open a hole 🕳 in the middle .

Then into a glazed pan to keep for 20 minutes to increase in size .

Once it’s ready, I will squeeze the lime all around the dough including the pulps .

Step 8.

And take into the oven to bake for 15 - 20 minutes for golden brown the way I like it.

The golden brown look to this donut 🍩 is what I love ❤️ as it gives an extra texture to the donut leaving it a bit crisp with sweetness .
