What a beautiful day to share some delicious cakeĀ š„®Ā with you. A cake I made with coffee granules, coconutĀ š„„Ā milkĀ š„Ā and with lots of oranges that was thoroughly zested. Its a total delight from the coffee smell, coconut moist and loads of citrus tangyĀ šĀ flavors .The added vodka a touch of aroma.
I got the inspiration of this cake from a friend of mine who loves coffee and made some coffee brownie during a working week that we enjoyed on the field. It was so delicious that I decided to know her recipe for the cake. Coffee was the base ingredient, and although she has added some shredded coconutĀ š„„Ā and lemonĀ šĀ for moist and flavor.
In my own version of this coke, I decided to use more of orangesĀ šwhich I totally zested to bring out more tangy citrus flavor since am not a coffee person. The coconutĀ š„„milk for more moist and better texture of this easy orange, coffee and coconut cake recipeĀ š„®. And with a drizzle of coffee coconut milk before serving.
I love the the result of this orange + coffee + coconut cake. Truly the easiest combination of a recipe that is so delightful to make for a change of taste especially for coffee lovers. A gluten-free recipe since I tried using wheat flour instead of all purpose plain flour, so I will recommend it as a healthy recipeĀ š„®š„„š
Here I show you the step by step procedure for this delicious cake .
INGREDIENTS:
200 wheat flourĀ 1/2 cup of premium sugarĀ 2 large fresh succulent oranges 165 ml of coconut milk 70 g of margarine 20 ml of vegetable oil 1. 5 coffee granulesĀ 1/4 salt Ā 1 teaspoon of baking powderĀ 10 ml of Smirnoff chocolate vodka
# EXTRA INGREDIENTSĀ
1/2 teaspoon of coffeeĀ 1 tablespoon of premium sugar 5 mil coconut milkĀ š„Ā
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
Its an easy and simple recipe, so we start by first zesting the washed and dried oranges.

Step 2.
We cut and squeeze the oranges for the juice.

Step 3.
We add the vegetable oil into the margarine and heat them up in the microwave
Take it into a bowl , adding sugar.
Step 4.
Next we mix the margarine and sugar thoroughly.Ā
Here we add the coconut milk into it And stir them together
Step 5.
We add the coffee granules here and stirĀ
Add also the orange juice and pulp here above. Stir thoroughly.
Step 6.
To add our wheat flour for mixing into batter, we add the baking powder and salt into the flour firstĀ to incorporate.
And gradually add the flour into the mixture for cake batter , stirring to fold just bit by bit to avoid air.
Step 7.
We add the zest and the vodka here above, and finally fold them into the batter.
And we glaze our pan for baking, pouring in the bater.
Step 8.
We bake for 45 minutes at 200 Celsius . Checking for a dry fluffy cakeĀ
And we mix the drizzle here above,
gradually drizzling it on the cake once it cools down.
DeliciousĀ š¤¤Ā . Just cut and serve. Its a great cake we can all enjoy, not just being gluten free, but its one cake recipe thatās simple and easy. And the ingredients for this cake is easily accessible and inexpensive. Lets make and enjoy this cake in our homes, delighting our lovedĀ š„°Ā ones.
