This healthy Watermelon π Moringa Mint πsmoothie recipe is gluten free , dairy free, and also vegan friendly packed with health.
Below I take you through the process to enjoying this healthy smoothie πΉ.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 slash of of a medium whole watermelon (cut in chunks) 1/2 teaspoon of Moringa powder Couple of fresh mint leaves π 1/2 glass of premium water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
The mint leaves π are the only thing we need to wash here. And I did pluck and wash it with salt to sterilize before slicing it readily.
Step 2.
Next we take the chunks of watermelon into the blender, adding the Moringa powder, the mint leave, the water.
Step 3.
We quickly blend all ingredients into a smoothie
Step 4.
We serve the blended smoothie in a cup of our choice

And we serve and take it to the refrigerator to chill since there is no ice π§ cubes added to the smoothie.
