A refreshing vegetable for side dish veggies using all kinds of vegetables is what I bring to share with you in my todayβs recipe because its very important to know that incorporating vegetables in most of our meals are ideal especially those meals we prepare for lunch π₯ or dinner π₯ that contains carbs .
We can use what ever vegetables available in our refrigerator or pantry to make side dish veggies which helps add more nutrients and vitamins to our main meal. They can also be leftover vegetables which we must leave in the refrigerator to loose its nutrition because it will definitely supply us some vitals to boost our immune when always combined into meals .
In my todayβs lunch π₯ of white rice and sauce, I have prepared this easiest fresh colorful vegetables that taste great with the cucumber π₯ red pepper πΆ, tomatoes π and red onions making the combination a basic pantry essentials of a side dish veggies π₯. These are what makes Veggie side dish healthy and nourishing. Its simple but nutritional.
Below I will show you the simple steps to make and enjoy your side dish veggies with any meal π₯ of your choice.
INGREDIENTS:
1 large fresh cucumber 1/4 medium size cabbage 1/2 of medium size onions (omitted)
1 large fresh tomatoes
1 large reddish pepper
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
We start by thoroughly washing the cucumber π₯, then we sterilize it with water guard.
Step 2.
We cut the cucumber into two before cutting it into strips for ease of dicing.

Step 3.
We cut our cabbage π₯¬ thinly, sterilize and soak it with salt for a while, then we drain and keep readily.
The tomatoes and red pepper we wash sterilize too, slice them in rounds

Step 4.
And we have the veggies assembled readily above.
Step 5..
And will set to serve it with in a plate of our choice
Adding the cucumber π₯ first, the cabbage π₯¬ next, then the tomatoes π and reddish sweet pepper πΆ.
Step 6. We add our choice of lunches π₯π±. Spaghetti π, boiled potatoes or macaroni. Here I incorporated this side dish veggies with just little white rice and porridge beans
Adding tomatoes sauce on them and delicious healthy lunch π₯π₯ is ready to be enjoyed.
In a simple and straightforward way, we can always enjoy meals with veggies as side dish if we see it as something very important to help in boosting our immune. All we need do is slice, chop or dice cut the veggies π₯, tossing it around the food and enjoy π
Optionally, we can add other ingredients into this veggies with some vegan π± dressing and turn it into a salad π₯ we can eat just alone.
