Happy new month hivers and vegan 🌱 lovers❤️.
Today am sharing one of my favorite breakfast recipe, a bowl of oatmeal which is what I usually have when am not in the mood for morning tea 🍵. And this time its a nourishing bowl with raisins and lots of vital soy strawberry whole milk that made it so irresistible. A recipe you will surely want to enjoy for a quick breakfast.
And I actually bought this packet of white oat while shopping 🛍 during the weekend and needed to try it out to know how good the product is compared to my usually brand “Quaker Oats”. A brand of oat for decades.
This healthy oatmeal recipe is filled with chewy raisins and a type of breakfast you need to kickstart your day especially if you are a lover of oatmeal with raisin, making it in your own desired way.
For a more chewier texture, we should just cook the oats for less time. But for a creamier texture, continue cooking the oats a while longer just like I did because I love my oats creamy even with soy, strawberry whole milk.
Here I show you the process with step by step.
INGREDIENTS:
8 tablespoons of roll oats 11/2 glass of spring water 1/2 glass of soy strawberry milk (left over) 2 teaspoon of premium sugar 2 tablespoons of raisins dry fruit
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To begin the recipe, we will start by measuring out the roll oats in a plate
As here above
Step 2.
Next we take the measured oats into a pot, adding water.
Then we stir thoroughly here above.
Step 3.
We place the pot on the cooker and stir more while its starting to cook.
As here above.
Step 4.
Once it cooks into creamy texture, I will add the sugar and raisins.
Then stir them into the oatmeal
Step 5.
We set it down here to serve in a bowl of choice.
As here above
Step 6.
We add the soy strawberry whole milk above for more nourishment yummy 🤤 before we serve.
This recipe is a very quick and delicious breakfast you will love even for the whole family. Its nourishing and one that help boost our immune systems since fiber is not starchy and soy milk very healthy even for the young. Hope you do enjoy this simple but rich breakfast
