# Hello Everyone 😍❤️!!!
Hope to find you all happy and in good energy 😀. Our physical and mental health we believe are always in our hands to put in check but sometimes we are overwhelmed with life because of how life in itself is never a thing to predict. Yes! Life can be a bit joyful 😀 and at the same time a bit of saddens 😞. This is the basic belief we must always have in our mind as its the only factor that can also help us handle our physical and mental health to be balanced.
When I think back and remember what I have passed through the years and how am still keeping up till now, I usually will lift up my hands in heaven, thanking God for His Grace and at the same time who He has made me to be. I mean the kind of person who has always been optimistic with life. For me optimism is one factor that has helped me got to where I am today with all the sufferings I encountered.
Staying Happy While Planning:
The true thing to life is that happiness can never be purchased with money 💰 but happiness is a feeling of emotion we must develop within ourselves, knowing that we must stay happy against all odds because life will continue to throw challenges at us. And for us to stay focus and plan properly we need to stay in good physical health and be mentally healthy at the same time which we can only do with being in a light mood and not in sadness or being overwhelmed at all times.
Although external factors are things that can cause and put us down, especially when our plans do not work out the way we plan to handle and achieve things. But we should also know that unforeseen circumstances are always out there glaring at us but we do not see them.
Being Optimistic To Life:
Our physical and mental health can be checked and put to balance by staying optimistic to life which in a simple word is having faith that is the heart ♥️ beat of hope. When we build ourselves with a nurture of believing that things will definitely work out for us even though it’s delayed, we are putting our physical health and mental health to balance with another since our mental health is mostly affected by our physical health.
I went through so many disappointments in life but I never gave up even though most of the things I expected did not work out the way it was planned. Not giving up on our dreams are very important as no one knows tomorrow. Things can suddenly turn around when we least expect.
Flexibility And Versatility
This is one aspect of human nature that is very important to life and factors that has helped many people to put their physical and mental health in balance. With the kind of world 🌍 we are all living in now, it’s important we know that being flexible and versatile can help us maneuver things that can keep us steadily moving until we get to that spot that will connect us to our dreams. Rigidity no longer work in this modern world 🌎 where we only focus on the things we have studied at the university or diploma level. It’s important everyone know how to come out from their comforts zone and tty other things that can help them build new experiences to life.
Being flexible and versatile are two things we can use adequately in situations of life. Because an ideal mind they say is the devils work shop. When we are busy with life our state of health will be in good condition physically and mentally. I think these very factors are the most two that can help our state of being physically and mentally balance since worrying will not be much despite how slowly we keep moving.
I read business administration in high school but today am a Realtor who specializes in building work. And building work is so huge with many areas as long as you can fit into it. Although the financial aspect might not be huge until you are able to sale a Land, Landed Properties or a Property. Its a continuous effort.
Am also here on Hive my second home 🏡and in my communities keeping busy. This is exactly the example of being flexible to life and being versatile. Life is a hurdle of its own, so for us to balance our physical and mental health we need to make sure to stay active. The two is mostly dependent on each other. Our goals in life are in our hands even when it seemed so tough.
