Fabulous Pineapple

Hi everyone, it's @djynn here writing for @super-em.

I would like to share the pattern art @super-em created the other day.

She sat beside me and drew a fabulous pineapple!

I'm always amazed with how her pen strokes are so free.

It doesn't look like she is watching where she is drawing but her stroke sits where it belongs.

Here is the rough sketch.

She always gives me some idea, many ideas!, what to draw.

It only took her 10 seconds to decide what to draw and another 10 seconds to do the rough sketch.

I wish I could do that...

She had a little trouble with tracing/following the pencil line with an ink pen.

This is funny because she always has trouble listening to/following my instructions hahaha.

@super-em used my pattern art book, chose the patterns she liked and added patterns to her pineapple.

I was adding a little colour (shading) to my pattern art with my markers.

She wanted to try adding the colour to her drawing.

I think it turned out great!
