Taking care of the things that matter to us is something we sometimes leave to chance. As human beings, it's normal to believe that we will always have something at our disposal simply because we have it now. But with time and a bit of experience, we begin to realize that we must value things a bit more and take care of them. Everything can be fine, and we take it for granted that it will always be that way, but the reality is that it won't. Personally, a while ago, I wish I had taken care of these things as I do today, but I believe it's part of the process of learning to value them a bit more.
My family is what matters most and what I try to care for the most; they are my refuge. These last two years, I have been very grateful to have them, as I have been through some pretty difficult times. The way they have helped me overcome and made me feel that I am not alone is something that has made me understand why taking care of them is so important, and the simplest answer is that they have always been and still are there for me.
Music is another one of those things that makes you want to thank life for its presence. As an enthusiast, I must say that music has saved me many times, and after wanting to dedicate myself to this art, I must admit it has given me far more than I have been able to offer it. Thanks to its existence, today I can express emotions that I sometimes find impossible to convey otherwise.
Finally, in this writing, I want to mention my mental health. It is, in fact, one of the main things that concerns me the most. Now I can boast of being in very good condition mentally, but it's something I have learned over the years. Perhaps it's something we often set aside and don't pay attention to, but a healthy mind, in my opinion, is one of the greatest treasures and pleasures I have been able to experience.
Taking care of our environment is our duty. Taking care of the things that matter to us allows us to enjoy them with greater satisfaction and confidence.
