Nigeria my country land of plenty opportunities you just have to know where to look . With the likes of MTN coming into the country we saw and experience a new era where table phone phrased out and there was the birth of mobile phones. Then getting a sim card costed a lot . You had to have up to 30k to buy a SIM card. Before long came Econet then changed to vodacome then Vmobile now Airtel. We saw both network providers try to out shine each other in the market place with different incentives, not long then came Globacom. A Nigerian network provider for Nigerians since the other 2 were from South Africa Nigerians are very easy to please and we saw many moving to that direction and people starting having 3 Sims. Oh did I mention they brought the cost of sim down so the common man could afford it. We saw some cards dropping from high up to very low till it got to ₦1000 Nigeria Naira.

Then different campaign will come up they even held events if you are using this sim you can go for such event . MTN came up with who wants to be a billionaire another incentive that got customers trying to get on the show to win.
I will say they all had a good competitive process until everyone decided which really works for them.
For me I can't boast of any of them because they changed their tariff and data usage has now become a thing of weekly purchase. All their monthly plans aren't as they said it is. You just see yourself buying data every 2 weeks or less.
The cost of doing business and interacting online has all gone up and we are here still pushing. In the end they are business entities and are here to make the numbers.
You will understand what I mean about not having a favourite when it rains.. All network goes off you cannot call or do any work unless you have a modern to work with. For me, I stick to my smile 😊😊 modem they always got me online and I don't miss a deadline.
I hope the administrative team won't mind me adding smile here that's the network that works for me as I don't have a favourite among the other providers.
