It's another beautiful Thursday and I always look forward to writing my throw backs. Because they are usually filled with loads of beautiful 😍 emotions 😀😀.
Hello my fellow hivians trust you all are doing great and greetings to the administrative team for always keeping the community in check.
So my mom turned 70 on the 5th of June like expected we wanted to do some partying and mark this platinum age but she didn't want to hear it.

Gracefully she agreed to go for a studio shoot with me and my sister and the grandchildren in Lagos as the older ones had returned to the university.
She made loads of request to us her children and gave a list of what she wants as it's not everyday one clock's 70.

And we all obliged her as she's not the asking type nor does she regularly request for things like this and moreover its was her Birthday 🎂🎂🎂 she had all the right 😁.

For my elder sister she wanted something special from her not wrapper or blouse. She wanted a bubu gown and she was to make it ready for her.
For my elders brother she told him she wanted him and my other brother to get her beautiful slippers, that she wanted one from each of them 😁😂😂 And they should also arrange some packs of chicken and chips for her, my dad and myself.That's what she wanted from them.
As for me the last woman standing she didn't give me any list because a week to her birthday I gifted her an Arabian perfume. Made her clothes she took to for the photo shoot and I have been gifting her since mothering Sunday which was in the month of May.
I call her and my Dad my treasure I don't wait for occasions to celebrate them..rather I do it as often as I can.for me celebrating the one you love shouldn't be based on time but at every given opportunity you have because in this life we are already on borrowed time . Yes we pray Jesus tarries... But I have learnt to make the best of every opportunity I have to appreciate those I love and show them how much they mean to me. That's my philosophy and it has helped me through life.
