So we are worried during this rainy season because viral fever is appearing all around.The doctor in our area recommends taking only paracetamol if you experience such body aches and fever, and also recommends taking some gastric medicine.And the most important thing is to take care of your body during this time.If you feel body ache and fever during this time, you must eat lemon and malta.
You should continue to drink lemon water along with taking paracetamol but if you have gastric problems, you should consume lemon in moderation.And if the fever gets out of control, you should definitely consult a doctor.And during this time, you should be most careful about cleanliness.The wet environment and plastic-laden environment around you will breed viruses and bacteria that will settle in your body and cause disease
so keep your surroundings clean.
