I am starting this day by saying good morning to everyone.I am grateful to Almighty Allah for making this morning cool.We've been feeling uneasy over the sudden heat for the past two days, but this morning is incredibly cool and calm.
Not only is it quiet, but there is plenty of wind here.Hey we like that kind of wind in this hot season.We all love to walk on a cool morning.The windy morning is incredibly beautiful. Mornings are always quiet.You will find that the roads in the morning are almost traffic free and the surroundings are peaceful.Only the chirping of birds can be heard in the nature along the road.It's so nice to walk on this beautiful morning, but when it's too hot then walking becomes very difficult.
We were almost getting sick from the scorching sun for the last two days, but there has been no sun since this morning and I am sitting at home now and there is still a lot of wind outside.The weather around is very pleasant today.The country's meteorologist had already signaled that there was a possibility of rain again from July 14th and that there was a possibility of cold weather prevailing all around.
And indeed, it happened.A pleasant cold weather prevailed in our environment since morning.And on this beautiful cold morning, I first walked along the road and then visited various trees and natural areas.This morning, I saw many more people walking on the road which was a very nice sight.I think those who walk every morning after getting out of bed are definitely health conscious.There are many healthy people walking here, as well as people with diabetes.One thing to note is that no matter what the weather is, walking every morning is very good for health and is a very useful thing for the human body.
The number of diabetic patients in our country is very high so doctors always recommend physical exercise.One of the physical exercises is morning exercise.If diabetic patients walk for at least 30 minutes every morning, it is very good for their health.This walk will help them control their diabetes.In addition, if healthy people do physical exercise or walk for 30 minutes every morning, they are more likely to avoid diabetes.So I walk everyday.
By the grace of God, I have not been diagnosed with diabetes, but I try to walk every morning to stay free from diabetes in the future.And when I have a beautiful morning, my desire to walk increases even more.So this morning was very beautiful so I was very excited to go for a walk today.This morning I enjoyed walking along the road and then visited the natural area.
Another habit I have developed while walking is to clean up the planet.Yes I think this is a good initiative and everyone should take this initiative.When I am walking on the road or in a natural area, I try to pick up the garbage that is lying there.The shared 3Speak video bears witness to the clearing of garbage from the natural area this morning.
