While traveling around the Barossa Valley of Adelaide, it was a quick lookout spot from the hilltop. The Pioneer Memorial reflects the identity of the British and then after Germans living since 1842 and developing the space as Winery Hubspot. Barossa Valley is well known for its finest vineyard and winery.
I was on the way to roam around the valley not expecting what to get, but the View from the Memorial amazed me. The green pastures of small hills made for a beautiful landscape on the outskirts of the plains, which was refreshing.
All the greenery made it look like the carpet had been spread from the hills to the plains. We as a group stayed there for a while and roam around the mini park that was made in the area to sit and look the view downwards. It was beautiful. The spot also had some sculptures put on the ground making it feel more like a memorial to the history. What we can give to future generations is the space for them to grow and prosper, and a remembrance to carry on for generations. The memorial looks to reflect on this while you become close to the history, you could also praise the land of Barossa Valley with the view.
I stayed there only for a while but while you remember the history that pioneered the land of Barossa Valley, you could also get this refreshing view of the plains. It just makes you feel special to be a part of space. It's often funny as well I tend to imagine, how people have lived over the period of years, and the lifestyle could possibly be while you roam around the historical site. This place also got me into similar position. A beautiful experience.
