On my travel to Sydney, I made a quick travel to the Chinese Garden of Friendship located in between the city. Traveling in Sydney and the outreach of public transportation made it easier to reach in the destination. In between the hustle and bustle of the city, Chinese Carden of friendship is like an oasis of garden with beautiful Chinese architecture blending in with the scenic garden.
The entry required a ticket and the counter is placed right in front of the garden beside the gate. Firstly, reaching the main gate was confusing, but later realized it was right behind the main street. So, had to take a round of the gate to reach up to the main gate and to the ticket counter.
A mini pond lies right beside the counter with colorful fishes swamping inside the pond. I stayed there for a while as more eager to look inside, I entered the space. It was a more scenic garden than I anticipated, particularly blended with the architecture, a small pond, diverse trees, and plantations.
One could walk around the big lake in between, and get given every possible flower, and plant around to get in touch with the essence of Chinese culture and heritage. The passage and walkways had this beautiful architecture that would make you stay and observe the decor and designs for a while.
The Chinese hanging lantern looks exquisite, I must say the architecture and the red color pattern have something more exquisite and blended quite well with the garden's greenery. You would find the rocks around kept in the lake, I realized it as one part of culture in Chinese Garden. The bamboo trees are also put in, blending with the lake and representing tranquility in Chinese culture.
a mini beautiful world for mini little beings
You can even try some dining inside the garden, which I didn't enter. I was there for a quick visit so I tried to make the most of the time getting in some scenic views. The best month could be after the New Year. The greenery pops well, and the architecture can be seen more glowing red in the backdrop of the greenery. Walking around the space is truly an experience, and it is a serene peaceful experience. Once if you visit Sydney, it's definitely a peaceful gateway I would recommend it. Thank you for coming this far in the blog. I will see you in the next one.
