En especial, a todos aquellos atletas que practican el Street Workout y la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia. A todos los que conforman la gran familia y comunidad de #SWC y hacen vida activa dentro del ecosistema de #Hive. Les doy la bienvenida, espero que se encuentren muy bien, que hayan tenido actividades grandiosas en este lindo día y que disfruten al máximo mi publicación.

In particular, to all those athletes who practice Street Workout and the sporting discipline of Calisthenics. To all those who make up the great family and community of #SWC and lead an active life within the ecosystem of #Hive. I welcome you, I hope you are very well, that you had great activities on this beautiful day and that you enjoy my publication to the fullest.

En esta ocasión les vengo a enseñar, compartir y comentar acerca de mi rutina de entrenamiento realizada en el día de hoy junto a mis amigos, ya que tuve la oportunidad de visitar la ciudad de San Juan de Colón, Estado Táchira, Venezuela y poder compartir buenos momentos de entrenamiento junto a mis amigos de este lugar. En horas de la mañana me pude reunir con @omarzv-sw y otro compañero que entrena Calistenia. La coordinación fue sencilla porque me dio el privilegio de hospedarme en su hogar los pocos días que estoy aquí de visita. Entonces nos reunimos en el parque de Calistenia que se encuentra ubicado en el sector de los Ceibos o más conocido como Los Bloques. Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, realizamos aproximaciones de movimientos, estiramientos articulares y activación muscular para empezar nuestro entrenamiento. La verdad es que ha sido un buen día, el ambiente es increíble y el panorama de este lugar es muy bueno para realizar ejercicios. Este parque de Calistenia siempre va a tener un buen significado especial para mí, ya que ha sido el parque donde empecé a practicar este deporte. Siempre me trae buenos recuerdos y me llena de nostalgia al saber todo lo que he avanzado desde mis inicios. ¡Los invito a visualizar mi próxima publicación y tener seguimiento de cómo ha sido mi entrenamiento de hoy con mis amigos!

This time, I'm here to show you, share, and comment on my training routine today with my friends. I had the opportunity to visit the city of San Juan de Colón, Táchira State, Venezuela, and share some great training moments with my friends there. In the morning, I was able to meet with @omarzv-sw and another colleague who trains in Calisthenics. The arrangement was easy because he gave me the privilege of staying at his home for the few days I'm here. So, we met at the Calisthenics Park, located in the Los Ceibos area, better known as Los Bloques. As you can see in my photos, we did some movement approximations, joint stretches, and muscle activation to begin our workout. It was truly a great day; the atmosphere was incredible, and the view from this place is perfect for exercising. This Calisthenics Park will always have a special meaning for me, as it was the park where I started practicing this sport. It always brings back good memories and fills me with nostalgia knowing how far I've come since I started.
