Espero que estén superbién en este lindo día y que hayan disfrutado de actividades maravillosas.

En esta ocasión les vengo a enseñar, compartir y comentar acerca de mi reporte de actividad física realizado en el lindo día de hoy, el cual ha sido enfocado en una visita al gran y hermoso centro comercial Sambil y recorrido por los alrededores de la ciudad de San Cristóbal, estado Táchira, Venezuela. # Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, muestro cómo es la vibra, espacios y alrededores del centro comercial Sambil que se encuentra en esta linda ciudad. Este centro comercial es casi turístico. Para todos aquellos que no son de esta ciudad, es una excelente opción para disfrutar en familia y compartir buenos momentos. Y para aquellos que, si son de aquí, también suele ser una buena alternativa para salir de la rutina diaria. Así mismo me ocurrió, quise hacer algo diferente en el día de hoy para cumplir con mi reporte de actividad y disfrutar de buenos momentos teniendo mi actividad física. Entonces, durante horas de la tarde, emprendí mi rumbo para realizar mi recorrido caminando. El clima ha sido un poco soleado, eso limita mi rendimiento, pero me da más beneficios con respecto a varios factores avanzados que tienen que ver con el desgaste y recuperación física. Lo he pasado muy bien en este día, ha sido muy buena opción venir a este centro comercial y también pasear, recorrer y cumplir con una caminata por los alrededores de esta hermosa ciudad. Y al llegar a mi hogar me traigo la sorpresa de que hice casi 8.000 pasos en prácticamente dos horas.

This time, I'm here to show you, share, and comment on my physical activity report from today, which focused on a visit to the large and beautiful Sambil shopping center and a tour of the surrounding areas of the city of San Cristóbal, Táchira state, Venezuela. # As you can see in my photographs, I show the vibe, spaces, and surroundings of the Sambil shopping center located in this beautiful city. This mall is almost tourist-like. For those who aren't from this city, it's an excellent option to enjoy with the family and share good times. And for those who are from here, it's also often a good alternative to escape the daily routine. That's what happened to me: I wanted to do something different today to complete my activity report and enjoy some good times while exercising. So, during the afternoon, I set off on my walk. The weather has been a bit sunny, which limits my performance, but it has given me more benefits in terms of several advanced factors related to physical wear and tear and recovery. I had a great time today. It was a great opportunity to come to this mall and also to stroll, explore, and take a walk around the surroundings of this beautiful city. And when I got home, I was surprised to find I had taken almost 8,000 steps in almost two hours.
