Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el dÃa de hoy! Vengo a compartirles mi entrenamiento de Front del dÃa de ayer. Aparte de estar fortaleciendo mi plancha, también estoy trabajando en mi Front Lever ya que también me gustarÃa tenerlo bastante fuerte para las próximas competencias que se acercan y asà también poder estar un poco más completo en los 2 elementos, hice algunos intentos de hefesto y la verdad estoy bastante fuerte en hefesto, igual también se puede mejorar mucho más, y bueno a seguir mejorando todos mis elementos y power moves 🔥.
