Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Hoy les vengo a mostrar lo que fue mi día de entrenamiento de freestyle. Cómo les comenté el día de ayer, hoy fuimos a casa de mi amigo maicker para poder entrenar freestyle de la mejor manera y la verdad que fue un gran día, primero pude lograr entender de una mejor manera y ya poco a poco fui entendiendo como debía hacer la técnica, por otra parte mi amigo joseito logro hacer 2 nuevas salidas, primero saco una llamada salida castaway y luego hizo la salida front flip y la verdad que le salieron bastante bien para haber sido su primera vez haciéndolas, otro amigo con el que fuimos hoy también hizo la salida castaway, también pude recuperar backflip en colchonetas, que aunque no es freestyle quería recuperar esa mortal y la verdad que me salió bastante bien. La verdad que el día de hoy fue muy bueno y logramos hacer nuevas cosas y variar un poco más, espero que les haya gustado el post del día de hoy y nos vemos mañana 💪🏽 🙏🏽.

As I told you yesterday, today we went to my friend maicker's house to train freestyle in the best way and the truth is that it was a great day, first I was able to understand in a better way and little by little I understood how to do the technique, on the other hand my friend joseito managed to make 2 new exits, first he did a so-called castaway exit and then he did the front flip exit and the truth is that he did pretty well for his first time doing them, another friend with whom we went today also did the castaway exit, I was also able to recover backflip on mats, although it is not freestyle I wanted to recover that deadly and the truth is that I did pretty well.
