Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Hoy les vengo a mostrar después de tantos días mi entrenamiento de freestyle. Hoy luego de varias semanas sin poder entrenar bien freestyle, pude quedar con mis amigos para ir un rato a entrenar en el nuevo parque metropolitano, la verdad no pude hacer mucho ya que la barra que tiene mejor aspecto para el freestyle está algo inestable, por lo que tuvimos que realizar en otras barras un poco más angostas, en ese caso tampoco quise hacer mucho ya que me da un poco de pacor hacer freestyle en barras angostas, siento que voy a chocar o que me voy a golpear jajajaja, pero bueno a pesar de todo pude lanzar varios trucos como 360 y 540, también ya que me sentía motivado hice unos intentos de plancha, pero muy pocos porque el viernes me toca mi rutina nuevamente la cual les voy a estar compartiendo y necesito tener buena fuerza para ese día. Fue un buen día de freestyle pero pronto tengo que hacer más cosas, espero que les haya gustado éste post y nos vemos en la próxima 🙏🏽💪🏽❤️.

Today after several weeks without being able to train well freestyle, I could meet with my friends to go for a while to train in the new metropolitan park, the truth I could not do much because the bar that looks better for freestyle is somewhat unstable, so we had to perform in other bars a little narrower, in that case I did not want to do much because it gives me a little pacor to do freestyle on narrow bars, I feel like I'm going to crash or I'm going to hit myself hahahaha, but well despite everything I could throw several tricks like 360 and 540, also since I felt motivated I did a few attempts of plancha, but very few because on Friday I have my routine again which I will be sharing with you and I need to have good strength for that day.
