Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC ¡Espero que se encuentren bien! Hoy les comparto un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento en el parque con mi novia ❤️🩹

Hoy fui al parque con mi novia a entrenar un poco ya que tenía un tiempo sin entrenar con ella, y también ya le hacía falta hacer un entrenamiento de tirón debido a que tenía las dominadas un poco de lado. También hoy entrene un poco de estáticos pero me enfoque más que todo en ayudarla a ella a entrenar para que poco a poco vaya recuperando la fuerza y se adapte nuevamente.
Le coloqué algunos ejercicios como intentos de dominadas en las primeras series, ya que así les saldrán un poco más fáciles porque está empezando el entrenamiento, posteriormente hicimos algunas progresiones como negativas de dominadas y también intentos de dominadas desde abajo (es decir, realizándolas desde su rango completo). La verdad que lo hizo muy bien el día de hoy y ya poco a poco irá recuperando su fuerza 💪🏽.

Today I went to the park with my girlfriend to train a little, since I hadn't trained with her in a while, and she also needed to do some pull-up training because she had neglected them a bit. Today I also did some static training, but I focused mostly on helping her train so that she can gradually regain her strength and get back into shape.
I gave her some exercises such as pull-up attempts in the first sets, as these will be a little easier for her because she is just starting her training. Later, we did some progressions such as pull-up negatives and also pull-up attempts from the bottom (i.e., doing them from her full range). She did really well today, and she'll gradually regain her strength 💪🏽.
