Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Hoy les comparto mi última publicación de la semana la cual se trata de un entrenamiento realizando en el parque metropolitano, nuevamente y con amigos 💪🏽.

Este entrenamiento fue hace algunos días pero había tomado unas cuantas fotografías las cuales les había querido compartir desde que las tome. Ya que, la verdad fue una bonita tarde y el ambiente estaba muy cálido, perfecto para entrenar, aunque bueno no fue un entrenamiento pesado como tal si no que más bien fue para tantear algunos trucos sencillos, sin tanto esfuerzo.
En mi caso, solo decidí probar algunos intentos de plancha en paralelas y barra, tanteando algunos segundos, preses y flexiones pero sin llegar a la fatiga, en otros casos como mi amigos joseito y jeter estaban más que todo probando un poco lo que era el freestyle, realizando 360 y 540 para ver cómo sentían los cayos y mejorar un poco la propiocepción de estos.
A pesar de ser un bonito día hubo una tragedia, y es que mi amigo joseito intentado el 540 tuvo una caída en la que se doblo el pie, por lo que tuvimos que llevarlo a su casa pero afortunadamente nada paso a mayores. Pero bueno eso fue un resumen de mi entrenamiento en el parque y la próxima semana volvemos con todo 🔥.

Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! Today I share with you my last post of the week which is about a training session in the metropolitan park, again with friends 💪🏽.

This workout was a few days ago but I had taken a few pictures which I wanted to share with you since I took them. The truth is that it was a nice afternoon and the atmosphere was very warm, perfect for training, although it was not a heavy training as such but rather to try some simple tricks, without much effort.
In my case, I only decided to try some attempts of plancha in parallel and bar, testing some seconds, presses and pushups but without reaching fatigue, in other cases as my friends joseito and jeter were mostly testing a little what was the freestyle, performing 360 and 540 to see how they felt the keys and improve a little proprioception of these.
Despite being a nice day there was a tragedy, and is that my friend Joseito tried the 540 had a fall in which he bent his foot, so we had to take him home but fortunately nothing happened to major. But well that was a summary of my training in the park and next week we return with everything 🔥.
