Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Hoy les muestro un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento en el parque metropolitano, hoy no quise hacer mucho ya que mañana será mi día de freestyle y hoy solo quise tantear un poco algunos trucos que quiero mejorar, en este caso el truco que más hice fue el doble 360, sé que es un truco sencillo pero siempre he tenido problemas con realizarlo de buena manera o con la técnica adecuada y últimamente me está costando poder hacerlo bien, por eso le di más prioridad hoy pero sin exagerar los intentos ya que quiero tener las manos óptimas para poder hacer freestyle el día de mañana sin ningún problema, la verdad que los primeros intentos no salieron mal pero luego de eso empecé a hacerlo un poco mal, es decir que debo seguir intentando más el doble 360 para ir entendiendo mejor la técnica y así poder realizarlo con facilidad en cualquier momento, sobre todo en las competiciones que es donde suelo hacerlo también. Fue un buen entrenamiento para solo haber sido un poco de pruebas de freestyle, espero que les haya gustado el post de hoy y nos vemos mañana 💪🏽.

Today I show you a little of what was my training in the metropolitan park, today I did not want to do much since tomorrow will be my freestyle day and today I just wanted to try a little bit some tricks that I want to improve, in this case the trick I did the most was the double 360, I know it is a simple trick but I have always had problems with performing it in a good way or with the proper technique and lately it is costing me to do it well, that's why I gave it more priority today but without exaggerating the attempts because I want to have the best hands to be able to do freestyle tomorrow without any problem, the truth is that the first attempts did not go wrong but after that I started to do it a little wrong, that is to say that I must continue trying more the double 360 to understand the technique better and thus be able to do it with ease at any time, especially in competitions which is where I usually do it too.
