What is Freestyle Day?
Freestyle Day es una competencia nacional abierta de Street Workout, en la cual pueden participar atletas de cualquier categoría que tengan nivel de ejecución en dinámicos. Esta competencia tiene objetivos multipropósitos. Uno de ellos es brindar un espacio para que los atletas, con nivel competitivo, puedan demostrar sus habilidades y nivel de entrenamiento en el Freestyle. La idea es brindar oportunidad para que participen atletas a nivel local; con el propósito de promover, masificar e incentivar la práctica del Street Workout y la Calistenia en los jóvenes de la región, destacando la participación en este tipo de eventos de atletas de alto rendimiento para compartir con los atletas y aficionados.
Freestyle Day is an open national Street Workout competition open to athletes of any age group who have a level of dynamic performance. This competition has multiple objectives. One of them is to provide a space for competitive athletes to showcase their skills and training in Freestyle. The idea is to provide an opportunity for local athletes to participate, with the goal of promoting, expanding, and encouraging the practice of Street Workout and Calisthenics among young people in the region. This event emphasizes the participation of high-performance athletes in these types of events, allowing them to share experiences with athletes and fans.

Consideraciones del Freestyle Day 1º Edición 2025
Considerations Freestyle Day 1st Edition 2025
- Es un evento gratuito; es decir, los atletas no van a realizar ningún tipo de pago por inscripción ni por la adquisición del kit de la competencia. El kit deportivo a ser entregado es totalmente gratuito.
- Es un evento sin fines de lucro.
- Freestyle Day 1º Edición 2025 se llevará a cabo gracias a HIVE Blockchain, nuestro Sponsor oficial, en alianza con Clandistenia® que patrocina parte de la caja de premios para los atletas que formen parte del Podium.
- Freestyle Day 1º Edición 2025 contaremos con 4 Jueces, atletas de alto rendimiento de varios estados de Venezuela.
- Cantidad de atletas que van a competir: 30 como máximo.
- Es una competencia abierta a nivel local.
- Rondas: serán 3 o 4 rondas de acuerdo a la cantidad de atletas.
- Lugar: la locación en esta oportunidad será el Circuito de Barras del Parque El Ejército - Las Ballenas, Maracay, estado Aragua, Venezuela.
- Horario: la competencia inicia a las 11:00 am y culmina a las 6:00 pm.
- It is a free event; meaning athletes will not have to pay anything for registration or the purchase of the competition kit. The sports kit provided is completely free.
- It is a non-profit event.
- Freestyle Day 1st Edition 2025 will be held thanks to HIVE Blockchain, our official sponsor, in partnership with Clandistenia®, which will sponsor part of the prize pool for athletes who take part in the podium.
- Freestyle Day 1st Edition 2025 will feature four judges, high-performance athletes from various states in Venezuela.
- Number of athletes competing: maximum 30.
- It is a competition open at the local level.
- Rounds: there will be three or four rounds depending on the number of athletes.
- Place: the location in this time will be in Bars Circuit at El Ejército Park - Las Ballenas, Maracay, Aragua state, Venezuela.
- Schedule: the competition starts at 11:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
Estructura de las Rondas
Structure of the Rounds
Freestyle Day 1º Edition 2025, se desarrollará en 4 Rondas a lo largo de una tarde de full dinámicos.

Ronda 1 - Clasificatoria
Se estima que la Ronda Clasificatoria tenga una duración máxima de 1,5 horas. Participarán 30 atletas, para clasificar las mejores puntuaciones a la próxima ronda. Cada atleta tendrá 45 segundos para demostrar sus habilidades y destrezas. Pasan a la segunda ronda los atletas con los 15 mejores puntajes.
Ronda 2 - Cuarto de finales
En la Ronda de Cuarto de finales participarán los 15 atletas con las mayores puntuaciones, los que hayan obtenido los puntajes más altos, de acuerdo a la ponderación de los Jueces. Cada atleta tendrá 45 segundos para realizar su puesta en escena. Pasan a la tercera ronda los atletas los 10 mejores puntajes.
Ronda 3 - Semifinales
En la Ronda de Semifinales participarán los 10 atletas que hayan obtenido la mayor puntuación en su actuación; de acuerdo a la ponderación de los Jueces. Tendrán 45 segundos para realizar su puesta en escena. Finalmente, pasan a la ronda final los cinco atletas con los mejores puntajes.
Ronda 4 - Ronda final
En la Ronda final participan 5 atletas. Cada atleta tendrá un periodo de 45 segundos para realizar su ejecución. Quien obtenga la mayor ponderación será quien ocupe, el Primer Lugar en el Pódium en el Freestyle Day 1º Edición 2025.
Round 1 - Qualifying
The Qualifying Round is estimated to last a maximum of 1.5 hours. Thirty athletes will participate, with the highest scores advancing to the next round. Each athlete will have 45 seconds to demonstrate their skills. The athletes with the top 15 scores advance to the second round.
Round 2 - Quarterfinals
The 15 athletes with the highest scores, as weighted by the judges, will participate in the Quarterfinals. Each athlete will have 45 seconds to perform their performance. The athletes with the top 10 scores advance to the third round.
Round 3 - Semifinals
The 10 athletes with the highest scores, as weighted by the judges, will participate in the Semifinals. They will have 45 seconds to perform their performance. Finally, the five athletes with the highest scores advance to the finals.
Round 4 - Final Round
Five athletes will participate in the final round. Each athlete will have a 45-second period to complete their performance. The athlete with the highest score will take first place on the podium at the Freestyle Day 1st Edition 2025.
