SWC CHALLENGE - CHALLENGE N° 2: Maximum Handstand Time
#
SWC Challenge fue nuestra primera propuesta de reto dentro de la comunidad, esta iniciativa busca desarrollar en los atletas y creadores de contenido la necesidad de fomentar la disciplina, el trabajo, la constancia y la determinación para alcanzar los objetivos.
#
En esta segunda edición del SWC Challenge, obtuvimos una participación de 8 atletas las cuales quedaron 5 atletas los cuales cumplieron con todos los parámetros establecidos.
#
Cabe destacar que se especificó de manera muy clara y legible las indicaciones establecidas que estructurarían el desarrollo del #challenge; a continuación, volvemos a mencionar las indicaciones:
Este cuadro está basado con las indicaciones establecidas para este Challenge, con este cuadro apreciaremos a aquellos atletas que cumplieron con todas las indicaciones. Las cuales estarán numeradas de la siguiente manera:

1. El video debe grabarse en formato horizontal (16:9).
2. El video no deberá tener pausas, ediciones o cortes de tomas entre ejercicios.
3. El video debe ser publicado con el audio de origen.
4. Publicar desde la plataforma de 3speak (https://3speak.tv/) en la comunidad SWC.
5. Tags: #spanish, #swc-challenge, #challenge-n2, #swc-fit, #neoxian, #deportes, #calistenia, #handstand.
6. El título debe ser: Mi participación | SWC CHALLENGE N° 2 [ESP-ENG]
7. En este reto pueden participar exclusivamente atletas de SWC.
SWC CHALLENGE - CHALLENGE N° 2: Maximum Handstand Time

SWC Challenge was our first challenge proposal within the community, this initiative seeks to develop in athletes and content creators the need to encourage discipline, work, perseverance and determination to achieve goals.
#
In this second edition of the SWC Challenge, we obtained a participation of 8 athletes, of which 5 athletes were left who met all the established parameters.
#
It should be noted that the established indications that would structure the development of the #challenge were specified in a very clear and legible way; below, we mention again the indications:
This table is based with the indications established for this Challenge, with this table we will appreciate those athletes who complied with all the indications. Which will be numbered as follows:
#
1. The video must be recorded in horizontal format (16:9).
2. The video should have no pauses, edits or cut shots between exercises.
3. The video must be posted with the source audio.
4. Post from the 3speak platform (https://3speak.tv/) in the SWC community.
5. Tags: #spanish, #swc-challenge, #challenge-n2, #swc-fit, #neoxian, #sports, #calisthenics, #handstand.
6. The title must be: My participation | SWC CHALLENGE N° 2 [ESP-ENG].
7. Only SWC athletes can participate in this challenge.
