This time I came to a cafe called Someday, this is a new cafe that is quite popular in Medan. The cafe has a simple but comfortable decor.
And I also like the front of this cafe, it looks very natural and calm. With a fairly large fish pond in front and there are also brown benches that look comfortable to sit on, with some plants there. It must be fun and calming to sit there while watching the fish and plants, especially if there is cool air and wind blowing, just imagining it is fun.
Now I'll tell you about the menu here. I don't think there's much to choose from. There are several coffee options, all of which look interesting, and there are also matcha, tea, and chocolate-based drinks. There are also several bread and cake options. And there are several other snacks and several heavy food menus.
Someday Aren Latte
For the drink, of course I ordered coffee, and what I ordered was a drink called Someday Aren Latte. This is a combination of coffee, milk, and palm sugar made with the cafe's recipe.
And honestly, it was very delicious, the perfect combination, the bitterness of the coffee, the creaminess and sweetness of the milk, and the distinctive sweetness of the palm sugar mixed perfectly and made this drink very delicious.
Coffee Bread
To accompany my coffee, I also ordered bread. The bread I ordered was coffee bread, which is similar to a famous brand of coffee-flavored bread. However, the taste of this bread is also very delicious, soft bread with the aroma and taste of coffee, as well as the taste of butter and sugar that mix well. The bitter, slightly salty and sweet taste can be felt in this bread.
Spesial Menu
Before coming to this cafe, I had seen several posts from people on their social media, and there was one interesting post, which was a post about a croissant menu topped with matcha and ice cream. It looked very interesting and I wanted to try it. But when I looked at the menu, it wasn't there, so I asked the cashier about it and they said that it was a special menu that wasn't on the menu, but could be ordered if the owner of the cafe was there. And luckily for me, the owner was there at that time and of course I immediately ordered it.
Croissants, cookies and cream ice cream, matcha, ohhhh this is so delicious. Crispy croissants, sweet ice cream, with slightly bitter matcha. This is very delicious, I really like it. This is a menu that is a must try. A perfect combination of several flavors, it won't make you bored of eating it. I hope this becomes a permanent menu at this cafe, because if I come to this cafe again I want to eat this again.
