Hace un tiempo atrás, en mi visita al Jardín Botánico de Naguanagua, conseguí unas fotografías que me lograron inspirar para hablar del crecimiento y el ritmo para lograr las metas, sueños, ilusiones e ideas de las personas.
Some time ago, on my visit to the Botanical Garden of Naguanagua, I got some photographs that inspired me to talk about growth and the rhythm to achieve people's goals, dreams, illusions and ideas.
Así que los invito a leer esta reflexión y compartir al final, un comentario respecto al tema.
So I invite you to read this reflection and share a commentary on the subject at the end.
La vida para mí, hasta estos casi veinte años, que he vivido, se trata de una serie de experiencias: buenas, malas, desde la perspectiva y la emoción que las percibas.
Life for me, up to these almost twenty years that I have lived, is about a series of experiences: good, bad, from the perspective and emotion that you perceive them.
Ninguna persona tiene una vida igual, todos vivimos diversas experiencias, momentos y enseñanzas. Hace un tiempo, estuve indagando y pensando en la etapa de la infancia, llegando a la conclusión que la infancia es una de las etapas más importantes para lo que resta de las siguientes etapas: la adolescencia, la adultez y hasta la vejez. Si no somos niños dentro de lo que cabe, felices o bien educados, no seremos los adolescentes más encaminados.
No two people have the same life, we all live different experiences, moments and teachings. Some time ago, I was investigating and thinking about the childhood stage, coming to the conclusion that childhood is one of the most important stages for what remains of the following stages: adolescence, adulthood and even old age. If we are not as happy and well-educated children as we can be, we will not be the most successful adolescents.
Mi infancia, no fue del todo perfecta, tuvo numerosos matices. Entiendo que los padres no son perfectos, ni tienen un manual bajo el brazo cuando nacen sus hijos, sin embargo, hay diversos errores y conductas que repercuten en la crianza, que finalmente son problemas que uno de adulto debe aprender a canalizar.
My childhood was not entirely perfect, it had many nuances. I understand that parents are not perfect, nor do they have a manual under their arms when their children are born, however, there are several mistakes and behaviors that have an impact on parenting, which ultimately are problems that one as an adult must learn to channel.
A lo que me refiero, es que todos tenemos procesos diversos de crecimiento. Hay muchas personas, que tienen una mentalidad y vitalidad para canalizar sus problemas, sus ideas y sus dudas. Mientras, que hay otras que no tienen la rapidez para resolver los problemas, y no por no tenerla, son menos, simplemente es respetable, porque esa es la simplicidad que nos invita a brillar cada día, eso nos hace únicos, inigualables e incomparables.
What I mean is that we all have different processes of growth. There are many people who have a mentality and vitality to channel their problems, their ideas and their doubts. While there are others who do not have the speed to solve problems, and not for not having it, they are less, it is simply respectable, because that is the simplicity that invites us to shine every day, that makes us unique, unique and incomparable.
Asimismo, hasta la naturaleza nos invita a reflexionar en cuanto, a debemos abrirnos a la posibilidad de compartir. Un árbol cortado, con una planta trepadora y un nido de termitas.
Likewise, even nature invites us to reflect on how we should open ourselves to the possibility of sharing. A cut tree with a climbing plant and a termite nest.
Cabe acotar, que muchas plantas necesitan obtener beneficios de nutrición de otras, literalmente, la planta estaba chupando y aprovechándose de la otra, jajaja. Filosóficamente, mejor nos quedamos con la versión de nutrición y ayuda.
It should be noted that many plants need to obtain nutritional benefits from others, literally, the plant was sucking and taking advantage of the other, hahaha. Philosophically, we'd better stick with the nurturing and helping version.
Finalmente, recuerda: Quizá en este momento estés pasando un momento difícil o te sientas desenfocado. No todos los días resultan buenos, ni beneficiosos, no te sentirás realizado o no llegarás a completar todas tus tareas o ideas que tenías, estés sin inspiración, y te comento todo esto, porque me ha pasado, lo he vivido en cuerpo y alma, y sé lo incomodo que se siente. Muchas de esas veces, deseaba dejar de sentir esa emoción desagradable que me acarreaba, pero un día, tan solo me detuve y me permití aprender de esa emoción, respetar que no siempre:
Finally, remember: Maybe at this moment you are going through a difficult time or you feel unfocused. Not every day is good or beneficial, you will not feel fulfilled or you will not be able to complete all your tasks or ideas you had, you are uninspired, and I tell you all this, because it has happened to me, I have lived it body and soul, and I know how uncomfortable it feels. Many of those times, I wanted to stop feeling that unpleasant emotion, but one day, I just stopped and allowed myself to learn from that emotion, respect that not always:
1. Puedes estar enfocado en el proceso de las cosas. Simplemente respirar, tomar un pequeño descanso, para relajarse. Hacer eso, no quiere decir que vamos a quedarnos en la zona de confort, ni en la zona de la emoción desagradable, sino que se trata de tomar ese momento malo, para renovarse, descansar, y después volver.
1. You can be focused on the process of things. Just breathe, take a little break, to relax. Doing that, does not mean that we are going to stay in the comfort zone, nor in the zone of unpleasant emotion, but it is about taking that bad moment, to renew, rest, and then come back.
2. No por haber tenido un mal momento o un mal día, será una mala vida. Tienes todos los días una nueva oportunidad.
2. Not because you have had a bad moment or a bad day, it will be a bad life. You have a new opportunity every day.
3. Deja de limitarte pensando: ya tengo treinta años, y jamás podré luchar por x cosa. Acaso ¿la Torre Eiffel se construyó en un solo día? No. Nada se construye y se forma en un solo día. Ni el embarazo dura poco tiempo, precisamente porque la mayoría de las cosas, implican un proceso: la construcción de un edificio, las relaciones amorosas, una carrera universitaria, las amistades, la escritura de una publicación para Hive, la edición de un vídeo y así un sinfín de cosas.
3. Stop limiting yourself by thinking: I'm already thirty years old, and I'll never be able to fight for x thing. Was the Eiffel Tower built in a single day? No. Nothing is built and shaped in a single day. Nor does pregnancy last a short time, precisely because most things involve a process: the construction of a building, love relationships, a university career, friendships, writing a publication for Hive, editing a video, and so on and so forth.
Los procesos son distintos, no te compares con nadie. ¡Eres un ser único, inigualable e irrepetible! Aunque suene muy cliché, eres la creación divina de Dios y el Universo. Bendiciones
The processes are different, do not compare yourself with anyone, you are unique, unequaled and unrepeatable! Although it sounds very cliché, you are the divine creation of God and the Universe. Blessings
