The scenes I liked most throughout the entire series were the moments in which each character gave their monologue, planning their next strategy to anticipate events and evaluate possible outcomes. I liked this most because the visual adjustments they made were monochromatic, highlighting specific details of the character, like their hair or eyes, and this simple fact elevated the plot, the story, and the anime to another level. On the other hand, this series surprised me a lot; it caught me off guard as to what would happen next; I was never able to figure out what Light would do next.
