When families need help, and they get in from the state, they are saved, and kids never go to orphanages!
I was glad to know there is a special organisation that rule and control these processes.

In the village in Krasnoyarsk Krai, a large family (the eldest girl is 7 years old, the youngest child is not even 2) got into big trouble.
A short circuit, a strong fire - and a solid village house burned down completely.
The family members were saved by sound alarms - a loud signal drew attention to the fire after an electrical short circuit. The fire quickly spread from the kitchen to the room where the children were sleeping.
The village people, neighbours didn't ignore the family's trouble - they informed RIPSO and helped as much they themselves could.
The funds for the restoration of the burnt housing, the purchase of furniture and household appliances were bought very fast.
The Red Cross provided the fire victims with food and clothing. Local authorities offered the family temporary housing.
A titanic job was done in just a month!
The house had to be dismantled down to the very boards, washed from soot and completely renovated from scratch.
Now everything is ready, the spouses are already assembling furniture in the renovated rooms. And most importantly, the children and parents did not spend a single day apart from each other!!
No chance for CPS this time!
