Again my fast healthy cookies;) A new recipe this time!;) But still fast and tasty!
Like taste of orange in cookies, so I was sure this recipe would be cool, and yeah - it is really great!
We need:
- an orange and a lemon (or a half of each)
- some spoons of water
- brown sugar
- 100 ml of plant oil
- 1 tb.sp. baking soda
- 400-450g wholewheat flour (you can add any other type of flour)
After blending fruits we add there oil, soda and sugar.
The flour will be the last one.
The dough is soft, so we can form any cookies we like.
The smell is great even before baking!
It took me just 10 min to cook them in my oven.
Cookies are delicious! Pieces of orange make them fantastic!
