Today was housework day. Not my favorite thing to do but it must be done and if I have to do it, I may as well get some enjoyment out of it.
My taste in music is varied with country music holding the top spot. More specifically the Bakersfield sound. It has plenty of twang and treble guitar. Dwight Yoakam is my fav and I've followed him since he broke onto the scene in 1986. He has an extensive catalog of music, and is a prolific songwriter. His accolades are few, as he's not one to bend the knee and he most definitely marches to a rythym all his own. For me, it was hard to pick just three.

Listen to some music, any music. Let it soothe your soul, invigorate you, energize you, make you dance, laugh or even make you cry. The thing is to feel, it lets you know you're alive.
