Before traveling through Mexico, we thought we had a good idea when it came to what we needed and those things we didn't. We hit the nail on the head with some travel items while the usefulness of others came as a complete surprise!

Over the course of our travels through Mexico, we've come to learn which items we can't live without as well as those that we'd be perfectly okay getting rid of.

When coming to Mexico, we were forced into a minimalist lifestyle because we couldn't take any more than what fit into our car. When you have to travel with only a few items, you quickly find out what's actually important to you.
