Morita Aji no Yakata is a renovated brewery with its retro and dignified atmosphere. It is over 180 years old.
It is a nice place that serves dishes that make use of the umami of soybean miso, including the specialty miso stewed udon.
You can satisfy your hunger and enjoy your meals with tasty sake, miso, and soy sauce. The miso ramen especially is delicious with a fragrant and refined flavor.
There are items related to sake brewing on display and miso; i.e. huge barrels, etc. These barrels are used to make miso. They are lined up beautifully.
I think you can learn the manufacturing process of sake, miso, tamari, and soy sauce as well.
