My best wishes to everyone, I hope you have a happy and relaxing weekend. I hope you can enjoy it surrounded by your loved ones, doing what you love most, whether it's resting, going for a walk, sharing a meal, or simply disconnecting from your routine for a while.
This past Friday was special for me. I went to work at the Ecoland hotel with my husband, as we usually do, but this time we had very special company: my mother. She is a very active, curious, and energetic person, and she wanted to see what our work was all about. Not only did she accompany us, but she also asked to wear our uniform, as if she were part of the team. It was a gesture that touched us deeply, because it shows her interest and affection for what we do.
At home, we want her to always feel comfortable, valued, and happy. What my mother says is law for us, and fulfilling her wishes is our best job. Taking advantage of the fact that she is on vacation with us, we decided that this day would also be an opportunity to share quality family time.
The three of us left home very early and headed for the Ecoland hotel. The weather was fantastic, the sky clear. During the trip, I showed my mother everything we saw along the way: the trees, the hills in the distance. She was happy, looking at everything with curious eyes.
When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in as usual and headed to the quality department, where the manager was waiting for us to perform the scheduled service. My mother was very quiet, but she kept watching our every move. You could tell she was attentive, interested, wanting to understand each step of the process.
We arrived at the tank and carried out the service with dedication, while my mother enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the place. The hotel has a spectacular view, with abundant vegetation and a tranquility that invites you to take a deep breath. The job was done very well, and tomorrow we will surely have to return for another check-up and measurement of the tank's parameters, as part of the technical follow-up.
Once we finished and checked that everything was in order, we left the hotel. But before returning home, we wanted to take advantage of the moment to show my mother a little bit of Zaragosa Beach. I knew she wasn't going to take a dip, because the water at that beach is a little cold and my mother doesn't like to be cold, even though she really enjoys the sea, its sound, its immensity.
I showed her the canal, and she was lucky enough to see some pelicans and a heron up close. She was excited, her eyes shining, like a little girl discovering something new. It was a beautiful moment, one of those that stays with you forever.
After she thoroughly enjoyed Zaragosa Beach, we headed back, taking in the beautiful scenery the island has to offer. Every corner seemed to greet her, as if nature knew she was there, admiring it.
Dear friends, that's how our workday went, and we left a little time to give my mother a quick tour. It was a simple day, but full of meaning, love, and family connection.

Mis mejores deseos para todos, les deseo un feliz y descansado fin de semana. Espero que puedan disfrutarlo rodeados de sus seres queridos, haciendo lo que más les gusta, ya sea descansar, pasear, compartir una comida o simplemente desconectarse un poco de la rutina.
Este viernes que recién culminó fue especial para mí. Fui a trabajar al hotel Ecoland junto a mi esposo, como solemos hacer, pero esta vez tuvimos una compañía muy especial: mi madre. Ella es una persona muy activa, curiosa y llena de energía, y quiso ver de cerca de qué se trataba nuestro trabajo. No solo nos acompañó, sino que pidió vestirse con nuestro uniforme, como si fuera parte del equipo. Fue un gesto que nos conmovió mucho, porque demuestra su interés y cariño por lo que hacemos.
En casa queremos que ella esté siempre muy a gusto, que se sienta valorada y feliz. Lo que dice mi madre es ley para nosotros, y cumplirle sus deseos es nuestro mejor trabajo. Aprovechando que está de vacaciones junto a nosotros, decidimos que este día sería también una oportunidad para compartir tiempo de calidad en familia.
Salimos muy temprano de casa los tres, rumbo al hotel Ecoland. El clima estaba fantástico, el cielo despejado. Durante el trayecto, le iba mostrando a mi madre todo lo que veíamos por el camino: los árboles, los cerros a lo lejos. Ella iba contenta, mirando todo con ojos curiosos, ese camino.
Al llegar al hotel, nos registramos como lo acostumbrado y nos dirigimos al departamento de calidad, donde nos esperaba el gerente para realizar el servicio programado. Mi madre estaba muy callada, pero no dejaba de observar cada movimiento que hacíamos. Se notaba que estaba atenta, interesada, queriendo entender cada paso del proceso.
Llegamos al tanque y realizamos el servicio con dedicación, mientras mi madre apreciaba los hermosos paisajes que rodean el lugar. El hotel tiene una vista espectacular, con vegetación abundante y una tranquilidad que invita a respirar profundo. El trabajo quedó muy bien hecho, y seguramente mañana tendremos que regresar para el otro chequeo y la medición de los parámetros del tanque, como parte del seguimiento técnico.
Una vez que terminamos y verificamos que todo estuviera en orden, nos retiramos del hotel. Pero antes de regresar a casa, quisimos aprovechar el momento para mostrarle a mi madre un poco de la playa Zaragosa. Sabía que ella no iba a darse un chapuzón, porque esa playa tiene aguas un poco frías y a mi madre no le gusta pasar frío, aunque disfruta mucho del mar, de su sonido, de su inmensidad.
Le mostré el canal y tuvo la suerte de ver muy de cerca a unos pelícanos y una garza. Estaba emocionada, con los ojos brillantes, como una niña descubriendo algo nuevo. Fue un momento muy bonito, de esos que se quedan grabados en la memoria.

Después de que ella apreciará muy bien la playa Zaragosa, tomamos el camino de regreso, disfrutando los bellos paisajes que la isla tiene para mostrar. Cada rincón parecía saludarla, como si la naturaleza supiera que ella estaba ahí, admirándola.

Queridos amigos, así transcurrió nuestro día de trabajo, del cual dejamos un poco de tiempo para darle un breve recorrido a mi madre. Fue un día sencillo, pero lleno de significado, de amor y de conexión familiar.
