Hello to my fellow community members,
Friends, time is very precious, and the phrase that says we often realize the value of something when it is gone fits best on time. There are people we lose who go away from our life for some reason, and only after that we truly understand their importance.
But time is different, because it is continuously slipping away from our hands, and still it is the number one thing that we waste in our life. If you learn to value time, I believe there is nothing in the world you cannot achieve.
You can value relationships, you can value your relatives, you can value your friends, only if you learn to value time, because that is the primary thing in my opinion.
Friends, when we are in good health, we should use that time to make sure we remain fit and healthy. But as I said, we often value things only after they slip away from our hands.
When we become unhealthy or sick, we start to think about the things we should have done. We regret eating junk food and wish we had avoided it to stay healthy.
We think about going to the gym or doing exercise so that we could have remained fit. But sadly, these thoughts usually come only when we realize that our health is already affected.
Recently, I took my mom to the ortho, the bone specialist, and there they told us that in the next 5 to 10 years my mom may have to go through a knee replacement surgery.
The doctor also said that if she is able to exercise well during these years, she can manage with her current knee situation for that long.
But if she does not exercise and walk properly, then maybe the surgery would have to be done even earlier than 5 years.
This is where I see the value of health in reality. I truly hope my mom gets well soon and that the surgery never becomes necessary, and she remains fit. But as the doctors have already told us, it is something she might have to face in the coming years.
So, friends, if you are healthy, value it. Make sure you exercise daily and do not end up being lazy, because that is what will bother you the most in the future when you get unhealthy. The same goes with time.
Value it while you have it, use it wisely, and never waste it, because once it is gone, it never comes back.
Thank you, friends, for reading my blog till here.
