---  --- # Senses Lost *In this moment, it was all laid bare, and at that moment you weren't there. All had crumbled, all had bled, who we were was replaced by who was ahead. And still we tried until we cried til the stars blinked out at the end of time. Two parts of one whole, separated at birth, The way of the sky between the earth. We were told our origins are how we thrive, while the truth tells as it was a lie. Intimacy and passion, femininity and grace, Masculinity and compassion, together in space. Once hand in hand they'd both walk, About the seas, the cliffs and children talk. Life combined and forever bound, destiny held in a lover's sound. Yet there it lay, drained of life, For it was stolen by desire's knife. A thousand cuts to bleed it out, No alternative except to go without.
