How are you? I hope you are well. Today I have come up with a special recipe for you called Shrimp with Kachur lati recipe. This is my favourite recipe.

Ingredients
• kochur lati • shrimp -100 gr • onion - 2 • chili powder - 2 tablespoon • garlic paste - 2 tablespoon • turmeric powder - 2 tablespoon • tomato - 2 • raw chili - 6/7 • salt • oil
First, the leaves of the kachu have to be removed by cutting the skin. The vines have to be cut for a long time.
Then you have to choose the shrimps.
First you have to put a pan in the oven. Then when the pan is hot, put oil in it.
When the oil is hot, you have to add onion powder, green chilli powder and tomato powder. Shake it for a while.
Then add garlic paste and salt. Then you have to shake it for a while.
When the onion pieces turn red, you have to add turmeric powder and chilli powder. You have to shake it for a while.
Then you have to give it to the shrimps. Then you have to move for a while.
Then you have to give it to the kachu lati. Then you have to move for a while.
After that it becomes very red and you have to give water in it. It should be given adequate amount of water.
Then cover with a lid for a while. After a while, the lid should be turned over and shaken.
When the water dries, you have to check if everything is OK. If everything is fine, you have to take it down.
Serve cold. This recipe goes well with rice. In fact, we are Bengalis, so this recipe is best for us.
