1.Chicken (boneless, thinly sliced) β Β½ cup
2.Prawn (optional) β ΒΌ cup
3.Chicken stock or water β 2 cups
4.Coconut milk β Β½ cup
5.Onion β 1 (chopped)
6.Garlic β 1 tsp (chopped)
7.Ginger β 1 tsp (chopped)
8.Lemon juice β 1 tbsp
9.Green chili β 2 (slit)
10.Red chili sauce β 1 tbsp
11.Soy sauce β 1 tbsp
12.Salt β as needed
13.Sugar β Β½ tsp
14.Oil β 1 tbsp
15.Coriander leaves β for garnish.
~How to Make Thai Soup:(step by step )π
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. SautΓ© them for a few seconds until the aroma comes out.
Then add chicken pieces (and prawns if youβre using). Fry them lightly until they turn white.
Now pour in the chicken stock or water and let it boil for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
When the chicken becomes soft, add coconut milk and lemon juice. Stir slowly.
Add green chilies and cook for 2β3 minutes more.
Finally, turn off the heat and sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
