Hi all. The last five years have been very difficult for me and my family. Five years ago, my life was perfect - a happy wife, a little daughter, and true friends. However, on December 31, 2017, my brother tragically passed away. My mother grieved intensely and nearly suffered a heart attack. I vividly remember identifying my brother's body at the morgue. The first six months after his death were extremely challenging - my husband started drinking heavily, my mother withdrew, and all the responsibility fell on me. It's been tough transitioning from the youngest child to the only one. I couldn't afford to make mistakes or let my family down. ๐Ÿ˜”

Six months later, my grandmother fell ill. The doctors misdiagnosed her, and she underwent surgery, which left her unable to walk. I took care of her for six months, witnessing her pain and relying on heavy medication. I also developed a hernia in my spine during this time. She passed away in June.๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜‡ ๐Ÿ™ I still sometimes cry when I remember the past events. My country being at war adds to the pain, and I find it hard to smile as I used to. To cope, my friends and former coach provide tremendous support, lifting my spirits. Engaging in hobbies, work, and learning new technologies helps distract me. When facing difficulties, helping others helps me forget about my problems. I'm grateful for the life lessons that made me stronger. Thank you all for being supportive. With love, Tatiana from Ukraine.๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿก
