We very rarely leave the house. But the child needs to live, rejoice, meet friends. We decided to go to the children's center for her birthday. To be honest, I'm not good at coping with stress. Negative thoughts constantly come into my head that I live in a country where there is a war. Constant shelling with victims will add stress.
But I work on myself, I try to go out as often as possible. Because the city lives and works. And when you see this, you see people who are talking and walking, you understand that life goes on.
My daughter was 10 years old, we went to Nikolsky with her two friends. There is a children's entertainment center. They really liked it. You can jump on a trampoline. Play attachment.
The kids loved it, we were there all day. And in the evening we went home to eat cake.
