a few Mono shots from recent walks
Good Morning, as is my habit I am sharing a few Mono shots to start the week
I always wonder what location to use on worldmappin for the location of the post when as I am today sharing a few shots from different spots, and i general tend to use the location of either the first shot or the location I have more shots taken at in the post, in this case both happen to be the same as this first shot and two others are taken on Popes Island here in New Bedford MA
but this is taken from on the Bridge that connects to Fairhaven, and I think I am past the sign for Fairhaven, so strictly speaking I got it wrong as this is looking at a Marina and the boats in Fairhaven

this next shot is looking along the bridge i was on in the first shot, and I am now where the location tag shows on Opes Island in New Bedford.
and strictly speaking again this is not a pure Mono Shot, and I left a couple of splashes of color in, which for me added to the effect of the image

and Still on Popes Island another Bridge I have shared many shots of before, it is a swing bridge that opens a few times a day, I think generally on the hour to allow Boats to head out, most of them commercial fishing boats

This next shot is on the Harbor walk on top of the Hurricane barrier wall, it was a glomy moody morning, which wasnt that great for photos but good for getting plenty of steps in
