Fun Friday the Bamboo House
Good morning, dy eveing or night depending on when you read this
Continueing with my Fun Friday post and another one of my Funwhole?Lumibrik builds, this one is the Bamboo House, which I loved as soon as I saw them release it online nd had to order, its part of the retro house collection, but I will display it next to the Izakaya building as they both have the oriental feel..
It has 2432 pieces so a good sized set, not the biggets they have released, infact they have shown one they will release at the end of this month with 3500 Pieces
THis was a build I loved, you may have read in other posts I sometimes struggle with trees, but these bamboo Trees went together real well and are sturdy even with my fat and fumbly fingers
Let me start with a full shot of the piece, the details and lighting in this are so cool, even a glow in the water, which my photos do not really do it justice

Some have asked howlong it taks me to build a set, well for me thats all depends on what the weather is like during winter when I was not getting out walking and taking photos so much, and i hence didnt have a backlog of photos to edit as I do now, so I was finisghing the sets a lot quicker, these days with gettign out for photo walks most mornings and the weather os much nicer, I am spendign less time building, maybe an hour a day max and not every day, so it takes me longer to finish a set.
I do not keep track of how much time I sepnd on a build, perhaps the next one I start I should do that, but this one took me over a week to finish.
Here is one of the minifig and some of the cool details

I loved this set, the instructions were clear and easy to follow and it went together so well
Lots of photos for this post, I gues thta shows how much I loved it
Those thta have followed me for a while know I love walks by the water, so perhaps this wter feature and lily pads are a part of why I loved this one
Such cool details even down to leaves on the roof, which were printed tiles and not stickers
the lady minifig and fish again
