Mono Monday a few recent shots

Good Morning and another week begins may it be a good one for you

Keeping with my Habit of sharing a few Mono shots to start the week, these are all from recent walks I have taken

Mind you that said to be honest I haven't bene out for photo walks for three days now, its either been raining or my wife had a bad night and didn't get much sleep, so I stay in and don't make noise getting dressed into walking clothes and opening and closing the doors so she can get some sleep, Usually on those days I walk up a storm in our sunroom to get my steps in,

But since the Dr told me I have done well and not to loose anymore weight I have been easing that back, I have been trying to keep my steps to around 7K a day, but funnily enough I am struggling with that most days getting closer to 10K, I am just to hyper I guess and cannot sit for long and always find excuses to get up and do something, plus I was still doing about 5K on either photo walks or walks in the sunroom. but today I did do a little walk in the sunroom, it helps me to wake up and get moving but held myself back and only did 3K so hopefully I can nail just 7K steps today

OK enough waffling onto the photos, this first one was a morning i parked by the Port and walked through the historic district

That morning i was looking for a new piece of art that has bene installed in the area that I read about online, but I must have zigged when I should have zagged, i.e. went the wrong way and didn't find it

Next up in the Zoo, I always think the bald eagles look more regal in Mono or B&W in this cased
