Some sunrise walk shots from last year

I wont keep giving updates on Lulu on every post, she is slowly improving and had]s been sleeping a bit better, which of course means I am sleeping a bit better, have got a good 6 hours or so for the last couple of nights, so feeling I have more energy, and during the day she is comfortable in the recliner in the lounge for the most part so thats all good, she still gets pain in her shoulder and arm, and terrible pain if she moves her shoulder, but I think not as intense as before so alll seems better to me, in three weeks she sees a specialist so will see how it goes then

I managed to get up on my computer for a while and found a few shots from last year I had not shared so will share them in this post.

This one on the beach at Jones Beach in Dartmouth I do believe, some gorgeous colors that morning

and Now on the beach at Fort Tabor a spot I do love visiting, until Lulu is a lot better i wont be out on morning walks, with her shoulder injury getting in and out of bed is a struggle so I dont plan on any photo walks while she is sleeping but if we get some nice weather I will duck out for walks during the day when she is in the lounge.
