Hi, Everyone. It's a great day and I hope you all are enjoying staying fit and active.
Today, as usual, my daily activity included gardening, the gym, house chores, martial arts (archery, shooting, fencing and brawlin'), scootering around town, shopping, stretching and the treadmill.
Other activities I enjoy regularly, but not every day, are aerobics, cycling, hiking, home improvement, jogging, kayaking, photowalking, stair climbing, swimming, volleyball, yard work and lifting weights.
Chances are I played a lot of Magic: The Gathering Arena today online and — as always — I kept up coding and software development on several projects.
