So I was listening to Asake’s songs for like the whole weekend and it hit me that he almost doesn’t have any bad songs. There were some songs i didn’t relaly know but most of his songs were hits especially on his first two albums. I decided to make a quick sketch and study of him to understand the anatomy of his face using ink. This of course isn’t always so easy as mistakes can not be erased. But i just thought of sketching something out of boredom. At first, I though Asake will be a one star wonder, but he did prove everyone wring especially with his recent songs like Why Love and MMS which are mu favourites for like a year now . I didn’t take much photos of the steps for this drawing but for those who know Asake., do you think this looks like him at all? Lol
